• Corporate Planner at Tottus (Falabella Group), in charge of inventory planning and distribution.
• Key Account Manager at Hunter Douglas, managing the Sodimac Peru account.
• Administration and Marketing Manager at Blue Media, an outdoor advertising company.
• Organization and Methods Analyst at Banco Wiese Sudameris (now Scotiabank Peru), designing procedures and policies.
Teaching Entrepreneurship

• Over 500 students trained.
• 10 to 15 startup teams mentored per term.
• A teaching load that grew from about 30 students in 2023 to 210 in 2026.
I also teach Effective Communication at USIL's School of Arts and Humanities, and have taught Creative Writing at Universidad del Pacífico and Storytelling and Scriptwriting at Toulouse Lautrec.
Research Interests
• Effectiveness of university incubation methods in developing entrepreneurial skills and pre-incubation outcomes.
• Creative writing and divergent thinking in university education.
