I am an author of fantasy, science fiction, and adventure literature. For more than twenty years, my stories have reached readers of all ages. Throughout that journey, my books have been published by leading Peruvian publishers, including Santillana, SM, and Bruno. Alongside my work as a novelist, I have collaborated with Worldreader as an author, editor, and translator. Worldreader is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to digital reading around the world.
I enjoy creating imaginative worlds across a variety of formats. Together with acclaimed illustrator Antonio Pomar, I co-founded Tony & Vanchi, a creative studio that develops illustrated books, coloring books, comics, card games, role-playing games, and original storytelling experiences for readers of all ages.
A passionate advocate for the art of storytelling, I also have taught storytelling, screenwriting, and creative writing at several Peruvian universities.
Whether through epic fantasy, science fiction, or illustrated adventures, my goal remains the same: to create memorable worlds, unforgettable characters, and stories that inspire imagination long after the final page.
