I write fantasy, science fiction and adventure stories for young readers. In 2005 I self-published my first book and secured its distribution through Librerías Crisol, a leading Peruvian bookstore chain; in 2009, Ediciones SM published it under a publishing contract. Since then I have published 10 titles in Spanish with Ediciones SM, Editorial Bruño and Editorial Santillana (loqueleo). After recovering the rights to several of those titles, I relaunched them in English and Spanish as Amazon Kindle ebooks for readers worldwide.
Worldreader
Worldreader is a global nonprofit that helps children and families in underserved communities build reading habits, with free access to thousands of digital books on mobile phones and e-readers.
Commissioned by Worldreader, I wrote the series El llamado de los Apus (Worldreader Originals), illustrated by Claudia Fernanda Calderón Flores. I also licensed 4 more titles to its Booksmart digital library.

In 2025, together with illustrator Antonio Pomar, I co-founded Tony & Vanchi, an independent publishing brand that develops illustrated books, coloring books and other storytelling projects. Its first titles are already available on Amazon in several languages.
